Core Cardio

of exercises that all revolve around core strength. Work on balance and flexibilty in a fun

class that will leave you feeling like a kid again. 

Zumba

This class fuses hypnotic latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic

fitness program that will blow you away. This will be a high energy, calorie burning,

body energizing blast!!

Extreme Gravity

Combines an upbeat warm up and strength training exercises, then it is you vs. gravity.

It is designed to tighten and tone your trouble spots. This class was created by our very

own Chris Culp and is exclusive to Redding Fitness.

Cardiokick

Mix up your routine with flexibility and strength building moves of kickboxing. You’ll enjoy                                           

high intensity drills and the opportunity to burn 300-600 calories. Most suitable participants

of medium to high fitness levels.  Newcomers welcome


Pilates

Conditioning for the entire body! Promotes balanced musculature, flexibility and agility.

It is considered a form of art that improves posture and core control.

Step

A series of choreographed step patterns. Mind and body coordination will help you burn

calories while making your workout interesting. You’ll never get bored in this class.

Lunch Pump

Tone and strengthen your muscles with this combination of upper and lower body exercises. 

Yogalates

Emphasis on relaxed spinal stretches, breathing techniques and mindfulness,                                                           

while fused with pilates moves. 

F.I.T.

Functional Intense Training. Use functional movements at a high intensity in order to burn

the most calories and get the fastest results any workout program can bring.
