Shawna On the 28-Day Weight Loss Jumpstart "I did the weight loss class because I wanted to lose weight and knew I couldn’t do it alone. I figured the class would give me the tools I needed to be successful. I was expecting to lose a few pounds but wasn’t too hopeful because nothing had worked in the past. My results were amazing! I lost just over 13lbs in 28 days, gained 5lbs of muscle, and dropped 4 dress sizes. AND, my measurements weren’t even the best part. I was able to gain knowledge on how to feed my entire family more nutritious foods. My husband lost weight, my children are calmer, and we are all sleeping better. I felt great. I had no craving and I was never hungry. The supplements are delicious and filling. I would recommend this to anyone trying to get healthy and lose weight." Shawna's On the F.I.T. Classes "In high school I played sports and thrived on feeling sore and tired. In my adult life I was never able to find something that could challenge my body and mind enough to stick with it. Aerobics classes were too boring, I was never taught any weight training so I was afraid of hurting myself, and sitting on the treadmill for an hour was not giving me results. In theory, high intensity training seemed like something that I would really enjoy, so I gave it a chance. I was expecting a boot camp style workout but I wasn’t expecting to see any weight loss because like before, nothing had worked. My results were outstanding. I love this type of training! AND, I’ve been able to get awesome results. I’ve lost 37lbs in 2 ½ months, more than doubled my strength, and have increased my physical and mental endurance. I have accomplished way more than I thought. I would recommend this to anyone that wants to become more fit and healthy. " Paul Mariuzza I am writing this testimonial to compliment and promote a great program. I was 255 Lbs. in September 2009. I had gone to my 35th high school reunion and my pictures had come back and I wasn’t too flattered. I also play USTA tennis and my game was pretty good, but I was having numerous injuries keeping me from participation. I decided I needed to lose weight and get in better shape. First, I decided to join Hercules Fitness Club and start taking some of their classes like cycling, and X-Fit. I had been spinning about 3 times a week which is a great cardio workout, worked on weight machines twice a week, and X-fit one or two times a week. I was losing some weight, but I need to lose more and I still had my nagging injuries. On a whim I decided to take the 28 Day Weight Loss Program run by Elizabeth Parson and what a great decision that turned out to be. I found out a lot of good information about nutrition (hormonally balanced meals), detoxification and cleansing. However, I must admit it wasn’t easy giving up bread, rice, coffee and alcoholic beverages. Especially alcoholic beverages! The Arbonne products (Fiber Boost, Protein Powder) recommended and sold in the class are quality products, but they are a little expensive. However, they are now a regular part of my diet, and you do not have to use them to still get benefits from the Class. However, Elizabeth convinced me that I needed to give it a try and I’m I glad I did. After 28 days I went from 248 to 232, and was on my way to reaching my ultimate goal 200 pounds. Not to get too personal, but I had high blood pressure, type 2 Diabetes and high cholesterol and at a doctor’s appointment in September 2009 and was told I might have to increase my medication. I asked the doctor to give me 90 days and check me again. Three weeks after the weight loss class (early December) I went in for testing and just to summarize the results; I had a great cholesterol reading (130), haven’t had a high blood pressure reading since October, my A1C diabetes test had gone from 7.0 to 6.1, and the doctor has started to talk to me about reducing medications. In January 2010 I took my second 28 day weight loss class. This time armed with the knowledge from the first class and a little more discipline I went from 236 pounds to 216 pounds. Currently, I am 217, but my goal is to get to 215 by March 15 and win the biggest loser contest. I also signed up for the April 5 class to get to 200 pounds by my birthday May 5. The information I learned in the class, plus regular exercise has helped me lose almost 40 pounds. By the way, my tennis game has been great and my opponents’ old strategy of drop-shoting me is now backfiring as I get to all the shots and make them pay. I highly recommend this program. Even if you don’t have results like mine the information is valuable for living a healthier life. Sincerely, Paul Mariuzza (Retired Teacher/Coach)
